It's unfortunate to hear that this girl was never a potential character that ever came to fruition throughout the whole Pokémon series & given that this girl has such a very unique design I truly feel the absolute courtesy to bring this girl to life as a trained LoRa so folks can go creative with this model as much as they want to.
