Character tags: BelleDragon, female, whiskers, yellow sclera, eastern dragon, fangs, pink claws

I didn't see any real difference between 10 epochs and 16 epochs, so I removed the 10-epoch option. There weren't many places to get sample images, but I still managed to find a few drawings to add some variety.
