MiniMax H3 Reverse Prompt & Expansion Workflow (NSFW) - v2.5
    NSFW

🚀 Workflow Features & Setup Guide

Place the official cite 3.txt file into the directory path \ComfyUI\models\LLM\prompts, and select cite 3.txt in the system_prompt field of the prompt expansion model node.

    > ⚠️ Important Notice: This workflow incorporates an acceleration LoRA and Kijai's SageAttention node. Please ensure you download the required LoRA and custom node before running.

    🌟 Key Features

    • MiniMax H3 Prompt Synthesizer: Built-in prompt engineering node supporting multi-dimensional parameter assembly (Shot Type, Perspective, Lens Optics, Camera Movement) with bilingual presets. Includes an integrated side-by-side web workspace (with right-edge hover focus) and safe image drag-and-drop functionality.

    • Gemma 4 12B IT QAT Integration: Integrates Gemma 4's thinking mode for deeper reasoning, high-precision prompt interrogation, detailed captioning, and complex tag conversion.

    📦 Required Custom Nodes Installation

Open your terminal, navigate to your ComfyUI custom_nodes directory, and run the following commands:

    cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes

    # 1. MiniMax H3 Prompt Synthesizer Node
    git clone https://github.com/mizukir0418-gif/ComfyUI-MiniMax-H3-Prompt_Synthesizer.git

    # 2. LLM Text Processor Node (Required for Gemma 4)
    git clone https://github.com/KingManiya/ComfyUI-LLM-text-processor.git

    🧠 LLM Model Setup

⚠️ Critical Fix: Updating llama.cpp Backend (Gemma 4 Compatibility)

Because Gemma 4 utilizes a new architecture, the older default backend built into the LLM node will throw an error (e.g., unknown projector type or inference failed) on its first run. Follow these steps to update it:

    1. Download the Latest Backend: Go to llama.cpp GitHub Releases and download the release zip matching your GPU/CUDA environment (e.g., Windows x64 CUDA 13 or CUDA 12).

    2. Locate Target Directory: Navigate to the following folder inside your ComfyUI installation:

      ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI-LLM-text-processor/vendor/llama.cpp/b8840/win-x64-cuda13/

    3. Replace Files: Extract the downloaded zip file and copy-paste all extracted files directly into the win-x64-cuda13 folder, overwriting the existing ones.

    4. Restart: Restart ComfyUI to apply the updates.

    Description

Dynamic Camera Controls & Montage Logic in MiniMax H3

This update upgrades the prompt generation framework to support dynamic camera routing and structural montage storytelling for the MiniMax Hailuo H3 video model.

    1. Dynamic Camera Routing & Long Take Arc Shots

The prompt template now automatically parses user intention and routes the output into two distinct video structures:

Continuous Long Take (Arc Shot / 90° Orbit): When a single-take is specified, the prompt locks onto a smooth, uncut camera trajectory. It defaults to an Arc Shot (Circular Tracking / Orbit)—rotating around the subject (e.g., from 3 o'clock to 6 o'clock) while keeping camera distance and focal length fixed. This produces strong background parallax while maintaining subject consistency.

Multi-Shot Cuts: When shot switching is detected, the prompt breaks down the generation into distinct cuts (SHOT 1, SHOT 2, SHOT 3), defining angle transitions, focal changes, and clear cut dynamics.

    2. Montage Logic Integration

The instruction layer now applies specific visual directives based on the chosen montage style:

Narrative Montage: Drives chronological cause-and-effect physical actions and seamless story progression.

Expressive Montage: Focuses on emotional resonance, micro-expressions, dynamic texture lighting, and sensory pacing.

Intellectual / Rational Montage: Emphasizes symbolic visual juxtapositions, visual metaphors, and deliberate artistic conceptual contrasts.
