If you don't mind me asking, how large are your character datasets and how long do you train them for on Krea 2?
I've maid a few Lora's for Krea 2 but there are hit-and-miss with quality so far. This one seems consistent with gens.
The only feedback I'd say I can give is that if you remove her mask her eyes look very different. But a few images without the mask in the dataset would probably sort that out quickly.
For now, I'm using default Civitai parameters, (32/32; 0.0001 LR) and 3k steps.
Number of pictures between 30 to 100.
And yeah no "no mask" pictures in dataset so it is expected to get less likeness if you try to get "no mask".
