🚀 ComfyUI Direct Integration — BFL Flux3 Video I2V Workflow
Generate FLUX 3 videos directly from images inside ComfyUI using the official Black Forest Labs FLUX 3 Video API.
This workflow uses my BFL Flux3 Video custom node to provide direct API integration between ComfyUI and Black Forest Labs, allowing you to build, prompt, submit, monitor, and retrieve FLUX 3 video generations without leaving your ComfyUI workflow.
🖼️ What This Workflow Does
This is an I2V — Image-to-Video workflow.
Use one or two images as the visual starting point for your FLUX 3 generation, optionally enhance your prompt, configure your FLUX 3 video settings, and queue the workflow.
The BFL Flux3 Video node handles:

🧭 How the I2V Workflow Works
This workflow supports:
Single-keyframe animation
Use one image as the opening frame and let FLUX 3 animate from that starting point.
Two-keyframe animation
Use two images to guide the video from a start frame to an end frame.
This is especially useful for:
character motion
scene transitions
stylized animation
before/after visual changes
start-to-end storytelling shots
The BFL Flux3 Video node automatically prepares the image inputs for the API request.
✨ Prompt Enhancement
This workflow also uses my LM Studio Prompt Enhancer custom node, allowing you to refine or expand your initial prompt using a locally running LLM through LM Studio before submitting it to FLUX 3.
You can use the workflow with your own prompt directly, or use the prompt-enhancement stage to create a more detailed cinematic description first.

The BFL Flux3 Video node can use either:
BFL_API_KEY
from your environment, or an API key entered directly into the node.

For a single-image workflow, connect one image to keyframe_1.
For a two-keyframe workflow, connect:
keyframe_1 = starting image
keyframe_2 = ending image
Adjust these settings according to the kind of motion, transformation, and output quality you want.
🔌 Direct ComfyUI Integration
The main purpose of this workflow is to make the official BFL Flux3 Video API feel like a native part of ComfyUI.
Instead of manually creating API requests, polling jobs, downloading results, and importing videos back into ComfyUI, the custom node handles the API workflow automatically.
