Carnage from the Marvel Tokon fighting game. Sometimes the elbow blades won't come out naturally, so just put "elbow spikes" in the positive prompts if they don't show up. It might also try and produce white spots underneath the character's eyes or extra white spots on the head. Other than that it works good from my testing.
