Good stuff but my 4080 cant run Krea at acceptable speeds. Please come back to planet zimage in flux system ;)
You almost certainly have 16 GB of VRAM, which forces the system to partially rely on RAM/PCIe swapping—hence the slowness.
ZIT and Flux are ancient history and completely obsolete. The same will eventually be true for Krea2. You should consider upgrading to the RTX 50 series, which natively supports mxfp8 and nvfp4 formats; the resulting VRAM savings will allow you to run models like KR2T.
