Please try setting the LoRA weight a little higher.

Around 1.1 to 1.2—or perhaps even higher—might work well.

Wistera and the star on her hat were trained as a single character, so you don't necessarily need to prompt for them separately, though specifying "star on hat" might still be effective.

I’d actually like to remake this LoRA at some point.
