Private Magazine 1970s NEW!
Tested raising the lora weight to 1.5 and found out it helps a lot if the prompt is describing something that the style has problems fitting with.
Use trigger word privatemag
Private Magazine 1980s
Use trigger word privatemag
Private Magazine 2000s
Does much better than the original v1 in getting the style right.
Use the trigger privatemag
Private Magazine 1990s
For this new version I split the dataset to exclusively include images from the 1990s period of Private. Every image has also been cropped, so no longer any irrititating logo in the bottom corner.
Use the trigger 90s magazine photography (will change this to privatemag in future versions)
v1, v1.1 (first drafts)
First tests of the LoRA, based on images from 2000s and 1990s (improved by the newer 2000s and 1990s LoRAs)

First, it's a great body of work. Very balanced and flexible loras. I know many (most) folks tend to not like watermarks on the images. I'm in the minority in that I don't mind them. To me, it gives the image an odd bit of authenticity, if only in my own brain, and, call me crazy, but a phenomenon I've noticed since at least SDXL finetunes is that, since most captioning methods will notate a watermark, prompting specifically for that watermark when it's present in the lora data tends to really anchor the lora style as well as or sometimes better than embedded trigger words, likely due to other training data from the model in use helping to provide guidance. Anyways, great lora, it's on my short-list of goto's.
Could you make a lora for 1980s Club Seventeen magazine?
Possibly if I manage to find good enough source material.
your magazine loras are amazing, even for general enhancements. Thank you! Please consider using a unique/alpha numeric trigger word like privatemag, krea wants to generate text occasionally when it sees "magazine" with this lora at medium weights. Also, if anyone doesn't want watermark, they disappear for me if you lower the weight to around 0.7-0.8. I do use raw with a turbo lora with negative prompt and cfg though so may not work on turbo models.
Thanks for the advice!
If you want to get rid of the watermark, you can use the "Krea2 neg pip" node with the following text at the bottom of your prompt: "(text, logo, watermark, text or watermark at the corner of the image:-1)". Works like a charm.
@sensei_ai thanks for the tip
