Monet St. Croix from Marvel Comics. She is a mutant with a wide variety of powers at superhuman levels and representing a near-perfect human being. She has a 2nd form as "Penance", red skin and hair with Claws. Its not really trained much, But it gets the appearance right. 2nd form needs "1Girl" tag. Its the second lora anima does not see the char as a female... ;).
