Oddly hard to get without a LoRA. Gets you 2 girls making out while one or both of them grope the other's ass. It can also be prompted to make it so one girl's ass is being spread and presented to the viewer. If you only want one groper, watch out for the other girl's arms getting lost somewhere in the hug. They also don't need to be kissing, but it is trained mostly for that.
