I prefer not to use the "eyepatch" tag because is frustrating when you get a really nice gen and is "ruined" by two eyepatches. So I prefer not using the tag and inpaint, but if you go all in one shot, it works just fine. All the gens with eyepatch in the examples were created like that with the prompt, not inpainted.

NICE! But one thing: Isn't Aldra's Eyepatch supposed to be on her right eye?
That's up to the great will of the AI, sometimes it will decide she needs not one but TWO eyepatches, and puts one on each eye. That's why I recommend to generate pictures with zero eyepatches, and add them later manually. If you rely on the AI to add it, you take the risk of it putting on the wrong eye, or in both eyes.
