You must reduce the Lora's strength other wise you will get distorted images. In general, I recommend reducing it to 0.50. But 0.60-0.40 is worth experimenting with depending on the checkpoint being used.

Recommended Settings:

lora strength: 0.50

cfg: 4-5

resolution: 512x768

*Use ADetailer extension for improved faces when subject is further away.
