Took way too many episodes to get enough pics for this: The girls are really ignored in this series, and there’s more QUALITY than normal even for Toei. And, yes, the two of them are already WIP

Could it be the wrong LoRA? It looks more like Eri & Kanoe here.
I don't understand. The face is derpy, but that's a problem with the source material I can't fix.
@NanashiAnon Actually, the downloaded LoRA is named v1.safetensor, but when inserted into the prompt, the name changes to eri&kanoe; that’s why I was wondering if the LoRA being offered was the right one. :)
@Phenixmaster Weird. The V1 name thing seems to be a Civitai issue with trainer import, but it should be the right LoRA since it was imported directly from trainer (or something is seriously wrong with the importer). I've corrected the file name for all my applicable LoRAs and filed a bug report now that you've alerted me to it (I DL my LoRAs after training but before publishing so it had the correct filename on my end). I have NO idea how it got "eri&kanoe" though.
I'd recommend checking other recent (seems the V1 problem started sometime after the 7th) Illustrious LoRAs made on site and see if they change from V1 to any weird names. I just filed a bug report on the V1 issue, but getting a completely unrelated name suggests something more serious.
