[Workflow] Flux Kontext - Sketch to Image - v1.0

Turn a rough sketch into a finished image

Open this ready-to-run workflow on Floyo. No install needed.

    HOW IT WORKS

Step 1. Upload your sketch. A line drawing, a doodle, or a rough concept. Kontext follows the shapes and composition you drew. Works great with: character concepts · product designs · storyboards · line art

Step 2. Write your style prompt. Describe the finished look, like "render this sketch as a realistic photo" or "turn this sketch into a watercolor painting." The clearer the style, the closer the result.

Step 3. Hit run and download. You get back the rendered image, built from your sketch. Preview it in the workflow, then download. Ready for: Photoshop · Figma · Canva · any editor

First time? Leave every setting as-is. The defaults (about 20 steps · guidance 2.5 · your sketch auto-scaled to Kontext's size) are the right starting point for almost every sketch.

    Overview

This workflow turns a sketch into a finished image using FLUX.1 Kontext, an open-weight editing model from Black Forest Labs. Kontext reads your sketch as a reference and your prompt as the instruction, so it keeps the shapes and composition you drew while rendering them in the style you describe. You upload a sketch, write a short style prompt, and get back a full-color image in about 24 seconds. It works for a realistic photo, a painting, a product render, or any look you can name. No setup, no nodes to wire.

Who it's for: creators who want to render sketches with FLUX Kontext in ComfyUI without setting up the model and nodes from scratch. Not for: one-click results with zero tuning. A rough sketch and a vague prompt give a rough result. You still guide the style.

    Why Floyo

Floyo is the only ComfyUI platform built for teams in the browser.

    • Made for teams. Share run history, files, and models across your whole team. A teammate opens your exact run and picks up where you left off. No file handoffs, no version confusion.

    • No install, no setup. Every workflow and model is preloaded. Open it in your browser and run. Nothing to download, nothing to configure.

    • No local hardware. Workflows run on H100 NVL GPUs, so heavy models run fast without a card of your own. Your VRAM stops being the limit.

    • Open and closed models in one place. Floyo runs open-source workflows and API models side by side.

How to use (in your browser on Floyo)

    1. Upload your sketch.

    2. Write a style prompt (like "render this sketch as a realistic photo"), then run.

    3. Download the finished image, ready for any editor.

Expectations The models are preloaded, so there is nothing to download. Running it needs a free Floyo account. Each render comes back in about 24 seconds, so trying different styles on the same sketch stays quick. One limit to know: FLUX.1 Kontext is under a non-commercial license, so commercial use needs a separate agreement with Black Forest Labs.

    Use Cases

Concept & Character Design. Turn rough character sketches into finished art in the style you want.

Product & Industrial Design. Render a product sketch as a realistic photo or a clean mockup.

Style Exploration. Try the same sketch as a photo, a painting, or a 3D render to compare directions.

Storyboards & Illustration. Bring line art and rough panels up to full color fast.
