The lora is constant at strength 0.6. going at 0.32 and 0.49 likely gives chains only - but also nice! At 0.49 you can support your prompt with details like "horizontal bars" and "hands raised shoulder hight" to get that horizontal chain look. Also a detailer lora at -0.6 to make tone shift and push lora (further details in my articles on that). In this setup of pics shown in gallery - the ultra lora - it is great.
