This LoRA is designed to enhance the overall body shape, with a focus on improving the chest, waist, and hips.
I highly recommend using it together with your favorite character LoRA for the best results. 😄
Recommended Settings
Weight:
0.6–0.8I personally use 0.8 most of the time.
Trigger Words
There are no required trigger words.
You can use prompts in either English or Chinese—both work well.
I usually adjust the prompts depending on the image I want to create. Descriptions such as "fuller breasts", "slim waist", "defined hips", "curvy figure", or similar body-related prompts all work well.
Feel free to adjust the prompts based on the results you're aiming for.

The final result depends a lot on the prompt and settings. This LoRA can produce quite different looks depending on how you use it. I'm glad you like it!

Does prompting in Chinese improve the result? Or are you a native Chinese speaker?
I'm a native Chinese speaker, so I sometimes write my prompts in Chinese. 😄
Some of the example prompts are in English, and some are in Chinese.
If you'd like, you can simply translate the Chinese prompts from the example images into English—they'll work just as well.
So don't worry about the language. Haha!
given the example photo's I'm gonna guess you trained it on all Asian people, not that it isn't my jam but variety is the spice of life, if you ever do a retain could you use a more diverse training set?
Yep, you're absolutely right. 😄 This body LoRA was trained mostly on Asian subjects, and I deliberately collected people with a similar body type to keep the dataset consistent.
If I find people from other ethnic backgrounds with a similar physique, I'll definitely include them in a future retrain. Variety is always welcome. Thanks for the feedback!
@arpalest Yes, the Lora effect is excellent. The only challenge is the facial alteration; using a human Lora character slightly reduces the similarity. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed in future updates. If you have a discussion group, I'd be happy to join. Thank you.
@3193975562yu312 Thanks for the feedback! If you are using an Asian face LoRA, the compatibility should be relatively better. I have trained several Asian face LoRAs, and they work really well together in my tests.
I don't have a discussion group at the moment. I'm just a LoRA trainer doing this out of passion and interest haha.
Please train in more poses in the full body shot with different angles.
Thanks for the suggestion! A lot of different full-body poses and camera angles can be achieved with prompts. Combining this LoRA with other LoRAs usually gives even better results, so it's worth giving it a try.
