weight of 0.8 to 1.2 works well with illustrious model

CFG Scale of 5 to 7

add "holding helmet" to neg prompt . and sometime need to add "wear helmet" in prompt because i messed up my training .

if you want to helmet off put hair style or hair color in prompt and put "helmet" in neg prompt
