Priscilla is a minor character from the Garfield special, Garfield Gets a Life. She is a receptionist and assistant at "Lorenzo's School for the Personality Impaired."
She has a unique and goofy character design compared to a lot of the other Garfield girls. Weirdly sexy with some insane proportions.

There’s already a couple so probably not. Will do more of the random women in the cartoon though.

@senablab There are a couple, yes, but they don't look very good (no shade to whomever made them). I think you'd do a great job though!
