3.0 update

Complete revamp of how this model is tagged. I updated the training data to include the current Sonic Riders arc in the comic. Instead of tagging her clothes individually I lumped them into outfit tags

• Regular Clothes

• Dynamo

• Yellow Jacket

Dynamo is still inconsistent, if you don't know what that is either read the comic or just don't worry about it~

For the complete racing look, using Goggles will put the goggles over her eyes but if you want the goggles up look use Eyewear on Head

Final couple tags to complete the look are Blue Eyes or Glowing Eyes, Electromancy, and Ring Piercing for her ear rings
