So apparently this is Sally Gothic lol Thank you for the information on that! I might add this Pony as an "Alt outfit" to my SD 1.5 model soon and update it and gradually phase this one out or delete it.

She is, in fact, the real Sally Gothic... The Red haired with striped shocks version is her with an incognito costume to hunt down whoever is stealing souls from hell.
