The younger son to Doc Brown, Verne, from the Back to the Future animated series from the early 90s.

Trained using my own screencaps of the complete series DVD of Back to the Future The Animated Series.
You can generate Verne optionally without his signature raccoon skin headwear by ignoring the raccoon skin cap tag that is in the trigger word description. If at some point you aren't satisfied with the results from generating Verne without his cap, you can try again.
