So here my version of a LORA for this character, i think she's cute and maybe one of the best Zootopia character designs, but her story is lame (no backstory she's just racist or speciesism), she's dresses kinda neatly, try to dress her nicely.
The usual copyright stuff and use only for fanart, and that's it, or wait 100 year's to enter public domain.
I added a DATASET made only of GENNED images, but beware it's porn (NSFW), but you can use that to improve the LORA or make yours.

Sir, your LoRa is 10/10, it looks very similar to the one in the movie but maintains her entire body (wool, eyes, glasses) even when everything changes (breast size, height, curves)
