Honestly, I'm kinda surprised by how well this turned out. It's not perfect. You'll need a couple of generations to get it just right, and even then, you sometimes get some weird-looking ones (just like in real life! =D). But overall, it gets the job done fairly well, so I figured I'd share it.

Keep in mind that the keyword is necessary for this one, otherwise you'll just get lumpy blobs.

I have some ideas for improving it further, so I'll probably come back to this one later, though not for a while. Training this was all kinds of expensive. In any case, let me know how well it worked for you.

All of the example videos were generated on RunPod using this template. It works like a charm on a 5090, has really comprehensive documentation, and allows for downloading LoRAs and models, as well as great file management.

Keep "Prompt enchancement" turned OFF, it gets prudish with NSFW prompts and your prompt gets nullified. If you are not mentioning anything explicit, then you can use it no problem.
