Generate half the girls in the same amount of time! It was fun to make but not really my thing, so I likely won't be improving on it.
When generating, I found removing any standard negatives that try to fix body proportions helped generate better pictures. Specifying whole body garments (like "dress" or "apron") doesn't work well and may require you to bump the weight. Generating at a weight of 1-2 works well, with upscaling at a weight of 1.

It is not displayed on the webui even if it is installed in the LyCORIS folder or LORA folder. Is the installation method incorrect? Also, where can I get the LORA "truncated_adam-cosine_16x8-4x1-000003" used in the sample image?
Hmm you might need to reload your web ui. Other than that I'm not sure. "truncated_adam-cosine_16x8-4x1-000003" is just the ID of the lora - it's the same one that you can download :)
@_NSFW_ thank you Due to a basic mistake, the model I used was not compatible with XL. I tried changing the model, restarting, etc. and was able to use it.
