I'm using the early pregnancy version, and it would be really nice if some modest clothing was included in the dataset. I'm doing a chaste, conservative scene in an Islamic prayer garden right now, and I really can't be having my lady running around with her tits or bra even slightly visible!
Flux by nature is a fashion ai model and therefore ideal to adjust / change clothing. Might I suggest a second pass with an inpaint setup to add the attire meeting your requirements? I'd use the base flux 2 klein 9b model, which is pretty sfw. Then I'd use a workflow like this:

I only use the base image from the first pass. No additional reference.
Lastly, my prompt looks something like:
"the same woman, identical pregnant belly. identical background.
she sits on her knees. she wears modest islamic clothing, a hijab covers her hair. her pregnant belly is covered by the clothes."
Edit: I see the workflow can be used with a mask. I got good results without masking any area.
My picture went from haram to halal pretty quickly. Hope that helps :)
