Making this workflow possible required adding several new nodes, so you'll need Eclipse 3.5.17 or later. Please update Eclipse before loading the workflow.
In its current setup, the workflow uses the audio duration you've configured to automatically calculate the required number of loops. To enter the loop_count manually in the Smart Folder node, simply switch the dual-switch from 2 to 1 (behind the Smart Folder Node).

adjusted to also support video to video. but take care: if the input video has less frames than you want to generate the quality drops very fast
