Kamek from Super Mario Bros (World and later), he's the loyal sidekick and official mage of Bowser, he's kinda dorky, and he's like more a villain to Yoshi than mario, how old he is i dunno, but maybe younger than Kammy Koopa, and who is Baby Bowser in Yoshi games, Bowser JR in his first years or Bowser?
Miyamoto say's Mario is 24-25 (movie and first game) so Bowser can be between his 30's 50's, making Kamek at least 50yo.

Beware, i do NSFW content (the gag's involving Kamek crossdressing is why i made this), so some images are quite offensive, i know some people hate porn on their site (Deviant Art is an example), but i'm tagging properly, so you can't see unless you want to.

Paper Mario, most are good, buy the remake's or use a Wii, Wii U to play the GC games.
