From -2 to 2 is very safe. Values from -1 to 1.5 are enough most of the time.

Any way you can alter the weights so it can be used in Draw Things? DTs slider only goes from -1.5 to 1, so like flat is -1.5 & DDs are 1?

Ran into this too. When you import a Lora into Draw Things you can choose what the slider limit goes to in terms of value - look at the "Scale Factor" variable - I've had luck with it.
