If you're like me, you spend time reducing the hugely muscular bodies into something a bit more average but still fit. If you frequently drop in negative prompts to tone it all down, then this LoRA may be for you. Introducing Twunkshaper.
Twunk. noun
a combination of twink + hunk, with characteristics of both, or,
a muscular twink.
Twunkshaper is designed to manage male musculature without a lot of fuss. I strongly recommend starting with a strength of 0.6 and adjusting based on need and how strongly your chosen checkpoint turns men into gorillas.

v2 for Illustrious is a major overhaul and enhancement of the legacy (1.0) version, focused on a few key principles:
Relaxing abdominals so the subject doesn't look like they're constantly flexing
Narrowing adonis belts/waists and shoulders
Slimming the chest. Note that the chest may still be too big for some tastes, so the answer is to prompt to modify the thickness of the chest (e.g. prompting 'small chest') instead of cranking up Twunkshaper.
Description
Brand new take on the original. Should technically work with any SDXL derived checkpoints but was trained by and for Illustrious.
This version will allow for more subtle control based on LoRA strength -- the higher you go, the slimmer and less muscular the subject will become. However, keep in mind the core design of the LoRA:
The intended use is to relax abdomens, narrow waists and shoulders, but leave muscle in the chest and shoulders, thus allowing you to refine your subject into a 'twunk.'
As always, your mileage may vary, and in some cases, you may find that your dude has too much boob. If that's the case, you can use (sparingly) the keywords 'small chest' but that can have an extreme impact.
