The main tags should be enough to replicate the outfit (based on my testing), but you might add descriptive tags like "white gloves, cape" just in case.

You might be able to generate different characters in the outfit if you remove "kosaka honoka", but I haven't tested it enough.

This is only the 7th epoch because it got overtrained pretty quickly.
