Much more variety of positions, added limited ability for DP. The less a second person is in the picture the better DP works for prompting. Suggest using 9B not base for more realistic look. Still working on flexibility of this Lora. Suggest CFG 4-5, Lora strength .7, 15-20 steps, Euler Sampling. If certain prompting isn't working I have had success adding SNOFS to correct any issues, you may have to adjust CFG and Steps slightly if you do this.
