A weight of 0.8 to 1.5 works well with this with most models. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 3.5 to 7.5.

Prompts for this lora are ( MHASty, muscular, ). It helps to add (in the style of the anime My Hero Academia, ) in the positive prompts.

The style is versatile, though when using that additional prompt then most checkpoints tends to add hair and clothing similar to the main character. As such one would need to put more work in prompting the clothing, colors, and hair style so as to match the one desired and not one that looks like Deku. Without the additional prompt, then the image would look more loose in the anime style.
