Prompting (this is what worked for me, but feel free to try stuff out):

the image shows the head of a girl. her face is separated into two sides. one clean and sober side and the other side is messy.  the messy side of her face is smeared with cum, semen and saliva. her hair is a bit wet and her makeup is ruined. she is looking directly at the camera.   the right side of her face is covered in a thick, viscous, white liquid that is dripping from her forehead to her chin.
