Lady Doopler, Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate

Lady Doppler was originally a weather reporter named Gail. After being fired from her weather reporting job for always reporting incorrect weather, she left the building and opened up her Twitter to rant about it. Gail hadn't reported there would be a storm that day, but there was. At that moment, lightning struck her phone, coursing through her and giving her lightning bending. Unfortunately, she survived and turned to evil, styling herself as Lady Doppler. Her villain could be referring to how she can alter the wavelengths and frequency of lightning and summon lightning from her hands. Her name, Gail, may be a reference to "Gale Force Winds.
