This LoRA is designed to be used mainly with SPYBG's Toolkit https://civarchive.com/models/4118/, but it will work with other 1.5 models as well.

Recommending to use Kohya Network to load the LoRA, but automatic 1111's network extension will also work.

Also if the effects are too strong, lower the strength of the LoRA.
