This is the workflow I use to produce best possible visual quality with Wan 2.2 T2V. Thanks to user The_Cook, I was able to adapt his upscale method for this workflow. It involves a low-res first pass and then a second upscaler pass.

Another bonus of this workflow is you get a quick low-res preview before committing to a lengthy generation so you can choose the best seed.

There are a lot of custom nodes in the workflow but they should be easy to install via ComfyUI Manager's "Install Missing Custom Nodes" feature.

There are now two variants. The normal one which is much better for dark scenes and gives a more natural look and possibly better motion. And the "fast" version which generates the low-res pass faster by using the lightning loras. This always creates bright videos with a "glow" effect.

I use the latest lightx2v loras in the workflow but sometimes I also like to use the old Wan 2.1 lightx2v. So you can simply substitute those to see which you like better.

Also I chose RIFE VFI for the frame interpolation because it's the fastest. But Film VFI and GIMM VFI are also very good but slower.
