This is a model of nurse Clarrissa MacDougall as depicted in the 1984 anime Galactic Patrol Lensman. The anime was based on the series of short stories and novels written by Doctor E.E. Smith in the late 1930s.

Clarrissa is the product of a long running breeding program to create the perfect Lensman candidates. She eventually gains a Lens herself and marries Kimball Kinnison. They produce 5 children together. Their children possess incredible powers and eventually rise to become third stage lensmen. Her jumpsuit in the show is dope.
