This lora creates a longform video (257 frames at once) in the style of a fast-cut edit photoshoot with multiple angles. Have a look at the examples to understand what it does.
I very strongly recommend using the workflow I made specifically for this model, otherwise you're not going to get similar results. The workflow helps you create the starting i2v image, which is crucial for the lora to function correctly. The workflow also does two phases: The first phase creates 257 frames at a low resolution, making it easier to run on low Vram and to quickly find a seed you like. The second phase then splits the video into 4 parts, which gets denoised at high resolution. The first phase won't have good likeness to the subject, but the second phase will fix that, especially if you use a high resolution like 1920x1280. The quality of your output will depend a lot on the quality of your image inputs! > > Click here to download the workflow < <

These distillation loras work best with this model:
Wan_2_2_I2V_A14B_HIGH_lightx2v_4step_lora_v1030_rank_64_bf16 on the high noise
lightx2v_I2V_14B_480p_cfg_step_distill_rank256_bf16 on the low noise
You can add an additional cumshot lora to the 4th section (which is usually the final cumshot scene) to enhance the outcome.
Size guide:
Low Resolution 1st phase size options:
192 x 128
384 x 256
480 x 320
576 x 384
High Resolution 2nd phase size options:
768 x 512
960 x 640
1152 x 768
1344 x 896
1536 x 1024
1728 x 1152
1920 x 1280
Higher resolution= better likeness, so see what you can manage to fit into VRAM

i cant get the sampler and image resize to download on your workflow.. i downloaded the whole RES4LYF folder but nothing is working... but otherwise this is amazing!
check out the github for RES4LYF, it has installation instructions that worked for me
what is PP image in workflow? Picture profile image of the character for the final scene?
You can control what the penis looks like. It works best if it's either a pov shot looking down at the penis, or a shot from the side also works. the background of the penis shot has a strong influence on the outcome of the video too (for instance it can determine what the floor will look like)
@The_Cook bro, this lora is going to be nuked in 3.2.1. :(
I just used a shot looking down at the girl. Worked fine. This guys workflows are amazing, loved the photoshoot one also.
To test this in portrait view I just took a random portrait image and 512x768 to try it out. works well. I used 269 frames though so a little repeat due to the extra frames. Nice job on the lora. Should be posted in gallery unless Deadpool gets it banned.
Good job! Also great wf thanks you
How to generate these images? I only have the start image
Use Edit models to create the angles you want. Like Klein, Qwen, Seedream 4.5, Nano Banana.
a prompt that usually works: "Create a close-up portrait photo of the character looking at the camera, straight-on angle" or "Create a close-up portrait photo of the character looking upwards, 3/4 angle" or "Create a close-up portrait photo of the character, profile angle"
It works fairly well with just cropped face shots along with your initial full. A supporting Klein or qwen workflow would be a nice touch.
Amazing LoRAs and workflow; thank you so so much!
Thanks for this. Your username checks out. Great work.
I've played around with it but I'm having some issues.
1. The workflow seems to drop random interpolated videos and doesn't save properly. Sometime the first one, sometimes the last one. Any idea what could be causing this?
2. When the workflow is finished my ComfyUI (v0.5.1) crashes. But I didn't try to update, maybe that's going to fix that.
Thanks again for sharing. It's great fun to use.
edit: Actually it saves the files correctly. Nevermind. It was my dumb ass not handling the file management correctly. 😁 And lowering the resolution also remidies the Comfy crash. 👍🏻
Just wanted to piggyback on your comment. This is an amazing workflow and lora. I had much more stable results by replacing the VAE nodes with Tiled VAE encode/decode nodes, and also offloading clip to my CPU. After that I no longer had any OOM or crashing issues. Before that, even my 5090 couldn't handle even the default resolution. After that I was able to do a full 1728x1152 run with no issues.
@Oatboatington Great info. Thank you. I also have a 5090 and this workflow on max resolution is quite taxing. 768 x 1152 did finish without a crash. I'll try the fixes you've mentioned.
When trying to use portrait photos and changing the aspect ratio to be portrait using the workflow you provided, the auto-crop nodes crop the portrait photos too much. And it doesn't seem like anything prevents this. This didn't happen in your other Multiscene lora.
I'll have to make a portrait version. This specific layout requires a single pixel mismatch to be padded, which I presume if you change the aspect ratio completely, it might screw up. I'll build something when I'm sober. it's friday
@The_Cook Yeah, changing the aspect ratio does mess things up. Hahaha, no rush, man. Enjoy your weekend! Thank you for such an amazing lora.
@Mka123 yes it messes up videos completely, u get clips with only penis and no face of person in them...
Good lora, great workflow. I learn so much from these, thank you for sharing.
I seem to be missing a step. How do I combine the videos? I have four videos in the interpolation step, looks like the same four were saved in the outputs folder, is this not supposed to put them together?
the last nodes which are bypassed in the workflow puts them back together. only problem is, in comfyUI, combining 500+ frames of 1920x1080 gives a OOM and makes comfy crash. So the only only other solution seems to be combining the 4 saved videos with ffmpeg or manually with an editor
For appending video clips I use Avidemux - so simple.
@The_Cook You may consider using latents insteat of images to make this seamless. I like the workflow, its an excellent draft. Can't wait to see how it evolves.
@The_Cook well combine worked for me. You just need 120GB Ram for 1536 x 1024. Took 20min (19:58) to run the workflow with combine.
I like the concept, but boy does this require a shit ton of work. The workflow demands for multiple input images with different angles, this takes a lot of extra effort when you have just one input image to work with.
I would like to see some example images that you used for your successful generations, the crop zones are giving me oddly scaled outputs and I'm not sure if I need a different angle or zoom level for better results.
I'd say by far the weakest link of the work flow is the cumshot. If you try to add any description to the cumshot in the prompt, all of the clips will end up with cum, and not in a good way. We need a different positive for the fourth video, but I'm not sure if we can just add extra conditioning after the WanImageToVideo node.
Overall great job on the concept, it does work, but it's leaving a bit to be desired with the difficulty of setup.
You can also input a single image if you want and it should work. The point of the extra angles is to enhance the quality of the likeness and output.
Yes, you can add separate conditioning for the cumshot part. I had it set up like that in some of my examples, but I didn't include it in the wf because it might confuse people
@The_Cook u should consider adding lonecat's character generator workflow for klein4b to resources; unless it was removed from Civ, it was beginner friendly and would create a set of images from one image of person within 10 minutes or so depending on GPU, side shot, front shot etc with great character consistency...
that workflow is insane! Thank you so much for both the lora and the WF!
best creator here. we need a pov missionary lora with that quality
Only thing missing is one final shot of the subject looking directly at the camera after the cumshot. Would love to to see the facial aftermath
Wow, thanks, man....you're my idol!!!
If you don't mind, I have a request for a lora featuring doggy-style sex from different angles and/or cowgirl sex looking back and looking front
Awesome work!
can you share the worfkflow you are using ? i am unable to get good results.
@illumizoldyck808524 Hey, the workflow is in the description
this is one of the best lora and workflow i have come across , hope u can create same stuff for different , sex positions
I have many more planned and in progress, as well as LTX versions
@The_Cook looking forward to your LTX versions!
@The_Cook get cooking 🔪
I have no idea how to start this. I am able to get a combined picture of the 5 starting ones, but then I don't know what to do exactly
if its anything like the other multiscene lora, just use it like any other WAN lora. You'll need a WAN workflow. Honestly if you don't know how to run WAN, their workflow will be overload and unnecessary for any normal use. Just find a normal wan 2.2 workflow. Like this one for example: https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-WanVideoWrapper/blob/main/example_workflows/wanvideo_2_2_I2V_A14B_example_WIP.json. It will keep consistency well enough for just casual use. Thats why its so good.
if you don't know how to use comfyUI, which might be overkill: https://comfyui-wiki.com/en/tutorial/advanced/video/wan2.2/wan2-2
or people use WanGP? And other generators. Idk
@happylittleteapot I mean i can get it to start, I didn't do anything to the workflow, just recropped the pictures as stated. when I try to run this, the workflow ends after a fraction of a second.
Love the lora and WF!
I wanted to play with the combine of all 4 videos at the end. I enabled the combiner you have disabled by default. It doesn't seem to do anything at all.
Any idea how to get it to work so that I can test out idea to keep comfy from crashing?
Check your logs, you're probably running oom
You have to add a videocombine node, there was nothing for the save video portion, I got it working at 1152x768
@meropewantsstls No OOM. I got it to work. Adding a video combine is needed. It works great once that is added
@SharkyAi69 yep!
1152x768 works well. I can also combine @ 1344 x 896
im going to test higher resolutions tomorrow
@MankyPoodle yep I got it working at 1344x896...I have been testing with other loras to see if it can handle it but it seems like the workflow is tailored to this lora specifically. This thing is a masterpiece. The character consistency is on point. Although I do notice I get some color flickering for skin color probably based on input images slightly different lighting.
@SharkyAi69 I was able to layer in Dr3aml3y and it helps. I've not tried other loras otherwise
@SharkyAi69 The last batch for money shot can lose some consistency. This is where dr3aml3y seems to help out for me and the weights im using.
This is amazing! Really first time I got such high quality out of Wan! Are you a magician? Really great work and thank you so much! If I may ask something, is there anyway to share a short workflow that upgrades the quality of a lower resolution video, like you do in your current workflow? I would really appreciate it. Anyway, well done once more and thank you very much for sharing it with us!
Try a freememory node before Fl_imagebatch for stitching.
pretty please make a intercourse version!!!!!!
Can't wait to get this working. Unfortunately none of the crops do any cropping. They all say "Out of sync, run graph to get preview" but running doesn't make them crop either - or show the image in the crop box
Amazing workflow and Lora! Does anyone knows how to get final highest resolutions? it states that 1920 x 1080 is also possible but I get probs with anything higher than 1344 x 896. I have a 16 Vram card and 64 GB Ram. Thanks in advance!
the idea of your workflow sounds pretty amazing. Do you reckon it would work if I don't use the Lora and change the prompts to generate a different sequence ?
It works gangbusters with the old Casting and Blink loras. The WF is hard to beat.
@WarTourist can you share any of your prompts for those old Loras? Because they don't inherently have multiple angles built in right? Or I guess some of the blink ones did
@WarTourist I would love to see how you managed your WF for that too indeed if you don't mind
Using your WF with unchanged settings , there is consistently a kind of dark ghosting on the results.
It's from motion, so either the girl moves and it ghosts or the camera does and so the environment gets the ghosting.
I have tried everything I can think of to fix it: changed samplers, schedulers, steps, step split, shift, ETA, denoise, lightning loras, resolutions, tried different images, seeds, changed re-size methods. I have no idea what is causing it. I am typically using the max resolution for the low and high res as per your list.
It seems present on the initial low res pass but very slight, sometimes I can't tell if it's there, and then becomes worse on the high res pass. Tried HQ photoshoot images and also insta pics, same result. Any idea what could be the cause?
I had to modify the lora loader a bit to get the dick not to be a potato. Essentially, I added a multi lora loader for low and run Dr3amley v2 I2V @ .6 strength across the entire gen. Made a WORLD of difference and fixed my issues.
Great WF!!
Update - I got the combine node at the end to work @ 1152 x 768. Going to test higher resolutions next and see what happens
how to combine all generated videos in one? I turn on last nodes, but they dont started.
Enable the last nodes and add a video combine as well. Link the output of the RIFE to the input of video combine
Simply amazing work again. Thank you!
About the recombining of the image batches, I just use the KJNodes Image Batch Multi node and it's no issue to recombine the videos. I only do 1152 x 768 right now though because the generation alone takes too long if I go higher
Try merging the latents instead of the images. That will reduce your memory consumption by around 100x. If that still isn't enough, you can add tiled vae decode.
yeah I feel like this is why most people are struggling to run it, the solution makes more sense in ones head than to the machine. Combining all the images into one is kinda what most of these models want you to do, but as the OP see themselves when they built the upscale, it's not meant to be like that. I assume that's why it's all batched out
@happylittleteapot I don't have any issues with my 5090 and 96GB RAM combining the final images but I understand that a lot of people might struggle with it. Usually you would want to do everything in latent space up until you create the video to save memory.
Is it your lora that somehow crops the images? If i use another lora like someone said, like the blink instead of your multiscene, i just get the preview image with all 5 pics moving as the video. This workflow confuses me how it uses the images. Any explanation would be helpful.
The lora is trained to use all of your images a references, but it (very helpfully) removes them immediately, while still retaining the memory of your input images when making the scenes.
Love this, any tips on how to go about training something like this with such a long length? Would love to throw a few together for other actions but unsure on how to pass the normal 81 frames in training.
Why does it output a simple image file when I click run?
1) you don't have all nodes
2) you have node conflicts
3) you haven't restarted comfy
4) "Anything Everywhere" is evil
5) OPs solution is slightly jank, I mean you really only need to take any image or combination of images, combine them, and use that as the starting latent for the first two samples. Everything after that is more complication to try and upscale it. Literally just run the lora in your normal WAN workflow, with any starting image. Then, do the same but with the input image that OPs workflow concats together. Then you could try and upscale it.
The more I play around with this lora, the more I am convinced that it is one of the best loras ever made. The overall intended motion is excellent and the character consistency is practically 100% without any remarkable changes to the face and clothing. And if you don't want any clothing, you just make the character nude. Even using it for a single scene instead of the multiscene concept is still unmatched compared with other similar loras. I would really love to see the training data and study the training parameters to apply it to my own first lora I am planning to train.
This workflow works well, but I have a problem: after running it successfully the first time, all image output nodes disconnect on the second run, rendering the workflow unusable. I don't know why. Could you please explain?
when using your workflow i get a ksampleradvanced error: returned non-zero exit status 1.
any ideas?
Does anyone know how to add cumshots? He says in the comments in the fourth section but I don't know what he means or what he's talking about. I don't see a place where it goes
im using the Lazy wan workflow and the last +-2 sec include plenty of white goo, i stole the promt from the 1st img in the models info
@Sn0opY thanks for the advice man, one more thing. I have a 4090 and wanted every section to be twice as long, making it 30 seconds or so. do you have any advice on how to do that? its not totally clear from the workflow
anyonee know how to make it longer? every time i try i get some kind of error regarding expected frames....
Can you provide the picture collage that you use in your examples? The combined picture.
This is GREAT! Works like a charm, though it looks like the combining part doesn't work as it should. But no worry, the seperate parts can easily be combined with an external video editor. I'm planning to try your workflow as a multiscene penetration version, but don't really know what changes will be necessary. Thanks man!!!!
Is there a mirror to download the high noise file somewhere else? I'm getting the "error getting file" crap when trying to download the link. I got the low noise file fine. Ugh.
Just wow ! Did u want to make Cowgirl Missi or doggy Lora? Incredable ! THX
