So, Anima is pretty good. In small tests (2-3 loras) the results have been rather good, it's very capable in training, especially with how well it deals with datasets of poor quality. Shame it's slightly slower in training so far, compared to Illustrious (maybe it's a bit smaller than SDXL, but I guess the different architecture has an impact).
After the game update I began my phase of playing Terraria after quite a while, so here's a sort of experimental lora for the nurse (and just her for now).
The issue is that there's not much to go off of when it comes to the nurse (there's now a single pixel art portrait + small amount of fan art I found, so there isn't one set design), it also seems you could make a passable nurse even without the lora - though I think it makes the appearance more consistent.

nurse cap, ponytail, white dress, green eyes, blonde hair
+ other supporting ones that could help:
red cross on sleeve, nurse, green earrings
Update1 - alt
Pretty much the same base tags. It's a bit better I think, it's got a more defined design based on the official in-game portrait, with some minor issues (see version note)
Description
Okay, changed some settings and reduced images to just two (her official portrait and a crop of an outift).
This one matches her exact appearance on official portrait, but the model will really like to generate the right side of her face, where in other cases the hairstyle will just be mirrored to the other side - I don't want to bother drawing the other profile myself right now.
There might be some unwanted white gloves (no idea why), the earrings might also pop in without tagging for them, but overall it seems okay.
The model is smaller, it shouldn't affect style (I hope) and it should have more apparent of an effect compared to v1
