This one seems to work better. Essentially should just add the male's hand around the base of his penis (or Futa, should work for that, but not trained on that or tested).

it will sometimes give three arms, because it still thinks there should be two other hands doing the stuff it normally would show. limit this by just not including too much stuff for hands to do.
