NSFW Female Nudes Lora for QWEN Image Edit 2511
VERSION 2.0 (please read!)
All images in gallery are created with this lora using AI generated content only and my simple v2.1 nsfw workflow. No images of real people are used.

Version 2.0 has been retrained from the ground up in full precision on an RTX 6000 PRO (we are talking like 96GB of vram here), I pulled out of all the stops on this version. I think its quite a strong jump from previous versions. This version is different in that it requires the unblur upscale lora to be stacked after this lora in v2.1 of my simple nsfw workflow (see resources below) at strength 1.0 otherwise you will get soft outputs. Use my updated simple workflow for the prompt and stacking example. I run this lora without any lightning lora at 40 steps for best quality but the lightning lora seems to work fine as well, see what works for you. Use my simple workflow with ideal prompt. Requirements to use this lora:
My v2.1 simple nsfw qwen workflow, read the prompt in the workflow
The unblur and upscale lora downloaded to your loras folder
the prompt 'unblur and upscale', the remaining trigger words and prompts as per my workflow
both this lora v2.0 and the unblur lora must be loaded
Use fp8 or bf16 full model (dont use nsfw models or ready all in one versions, just the plain base model), the lightning 8 step lora seems to work fine with this lora

VERSION 1.0
Version 1.5: higher quality, photorealistic output, re-trained with higher overall detail. Try without the lightning loras, 20 steps should be great (30 steps can be good too), then upscale. The work continues...

Version 1.0: trigger word is 'SEXGOD' a little softer overall anatomy, try v1.5 first. Versions before 1.0 are alpha versions and dont have trigger words at all, I dont use them anymore
Details: Better skin textures, breasts, nipples, pussy, vulva, tan lines, belly button piercings, tattoos, body shapes, breasts shapes, pubic hair styles etc
Model: Works with Qwen Edit 2511 model, fp8_e4m3fn or bf16 base models (wont work with 2509 or previous Qwen Edit versions)
Workflow: Use the v2.0 or v1.0 simple nsfw workflow in Resources below, with or without the lightning lora using fp8 or bf16 base model. No other loras needed (unblur lora is baked in already). Follow prompts in workflow for best effect. I tend to not use lightning loras as I want best quality and I upscale after. Using my flux based upscale workflow really takes it to the next level
Lightning Loras: Lightning loras (4 and 8 step) can cause plastic/waxy skin or skin artifacts, its great for fast image gen but for final outputs I would disable them to get better skin texture as they tend to cause artifacts

First of all, thank you to the author for their effort. This Lora cannot generate 3D realistic nipples; from a side view, it seems like the nipples are just a texture map. How can I solve this problem? Using version V2.0.
try something like 'both nipples visible and erect' or some variation. The lora was only trained on nude photography so any anime, 3d or art style likely will not work at all. Its also possible that side view nipples being a small part of training images would have been under representated in the lora and this that high frequency detail does not show up well. Something for me to consider for the next version, but if you have further details let me know

@sexgod1979 The effect is just slightly better than nothing... Not only from the side, but also from the front, the nipples lack a 3D realistic feel—only the texture map appears realistic. Moreover, the weight of this Lora is extremely strong, and even using other nipple-shaping Lora afterward cannot correct the issue. So, this Lora needs to be fixed at the fundamental logic level. @hoyjooh170 someting must be up with your workflow, im getting photoreal results using bf16 model euler/simple and 40 steps. See the gallery image
you have to a) use v2.1 of my simple work flow b) use the unblur and upscale prompt and the upscale lora (download it). prompt trigger words and workflow aer critical or it will look anything like my images. Ill update the instructions under version 2.0
How do I get this lora not to change the face?
it shouldnt be changing the face, at least in my experience it doesnt. If it is just use "exact face and body from image 1" in your prompt
@sexgod1979 This "unblur and upscale" LoRA will alter facial features in img2img generations.
@hoyjooh170 I havent run into that issue myself, but feel free to not use unblur lora if you find it does alter facial features.
you can just type 'exact face and body from image 1' if you have trouble, its literally what qwen 2511 was designed for

@morgan541144 Are you text-to-image or image-to-image? When editing a reference image, applying SEXGOD 1.00 + Unblur and Upscale 1.00 LoRA with 40 steps, CFG 4.0, Euler Simple sampler, and denoising strength 1.00 will alter the character’s facial features.
@hoyjooh170 ive never had it alter facial features in edit
@hoyjooh170 the thing about qwen 2511 is that it was designed to lock facial features (its an instruction edit model), if the face changes something is definitely not right. Ive done 100s of generations and never once had the face change. Update comfyUI? workflow? Also make sure you only use the normal base model, dont attempt to use NSFW fine tunes like rapid all in one as this lora was not trained on those. I personally use the bf16 model (its 42GB in size on my RTX 5090). I've only tested this lora on the fp8 base model and bf16 full model. Any other nsfw fine tunes or other modified models that have other loras baked in just forget about those they wont work.
also iyou write in your prompt "exact face from image1" and it changes the face, then it basically ignored your prompt entirely. I would probably drag one of my workflows from the gallery images into comfyUI and use that as a starting point,

Hello, training the Qwen Edit editing model usually requires image pairs. Regarding the nudes LoRA you provided, did you use AI to create image pairs of before and after clothing? If so, approximately how many pairs of data did you create? Thank you.
Seems like my after I run it get stuck at 6% everytime. I don't have problems running anything else on my 5060 16gb
yeah I have no idea, its a big model, when I use the bf16 on my rtx 5090 im still overflowing to physical ram. What about trying my flux klein 9b edit nudity lora? its much lighter and I think its does a great job
how to prompt out the belly piercing? i tried no belly piercings and no body piercings, they still come in most of the time. actually EVERY time.
I even try body piercings, body jewelry, negative prompts don't even work

The workflow link is down. I tried using it with the Workflow from comfyui and just added the lora and trigger word, but it doesn't seem to work. Also drag and drop from the gallery didn't work either. Any ideas ?
some of the gallery items are lacking workflow metadata but if you scroll right, some of the other examples have functional drag and drop workflows. for simple T2I I use the one with the blonde girl standing in the field:

This lora is way better at maintaining the anatomy of the original image for a realistic nude. I added an image comparer rgthree node to the final output after grabbing the workflow from one of the gallery images. Nice work! Many thanks.
