    WAN 2.2

    This one is pretty damn good if I do say so myself. Swapped out some of the other penis LoRAs for WAN 2.2 in my tests and this v2 blows them all away. Your results may vary, so look at the showcase prompts for help. This can create videos or images of male anatomy from a prompt, in realistic detail. It can also preserve the genitals if they are in your start frame for image to video workflows. Detailed anatomy prompting helps, see showcase for v1 and v2 for example prompts, or use local LLM Qwen VL or Grok for help with dick anatomy terms.

    And it knows cum this time. No other LoRAs were used for showcase videos except for Lightx2v. For the cumshot, describe how much and exact details of where it goes. Beware saying 'massive cumshot' or you'll get a firehose like velocity and volume shooting out (see showcase).


    You need both the high and low models in your workflows for video creation. The high noise model has its own version tab instead of the Required Components panel I orginally used. That would prohibit it from being used to generate videos with high+low loras on this site. The high noise part gets the motion, and low noise gets the details.

    You can use the low noise with WAN 2.1 or its variants such as the SCAIL-2 or one of my favorites, Bindweave. You can create very high resolution images also the t2v model or with Magic WAN that are quite good (see showcase).

    See showcase for prompts and workflows should be embedded in most mp4 files. I try to put the technique in them, t2v, or i2v. Some use RIFE or FILM interpolation for the frame rate and TensorRT or Nvidia RTX image scaling as well to get beyond 480p/720p.     Built on v1, adding 60 videos and the latest image dataset with the goal to fix the backwards or upside-down anatomy. It still can produce backwards glans, but before it would do it 90% of the time when viewing the underside of the penis, and now completely opposite, failing about 10% of my tests. Prompts can help if you get that. use 'detailed defined glans'. I guess it's hard to get rid of all the backwards dick heads in this world. Trained to a total of 15k steps, 20 hours of additional GPU time for version 2, stopping and adjusting along the way. Loads of work

    Trained on the same dataset as versions 1 of my Z-Image Turbo and LTX-2 LoRA, but for WAN 2.2 trained with the T2V model, which can be used to generate penises from your detailed prompt, or keep them in your scene if using i2v workflow.

    If I’m doing a scene with a man and a woman and that lora doesn’t give the guy a decent looking Wang, will adding this lora and using the trigger word give the guy a decent Wang?

    You can prompt up the details of what you think is a decent wang. I use Grok since it's the only free easily available one that does NSFW currently (that I know of ) like veins, glans texture, corona ridge, frenulum, skin details

    @coachbate Weird... That has not been my experience. I have been using that site for months with all of my nsfw prompt crafting... Make sure you are using the Venice 1.1 model. This is the prompt I use to start the chat... "Your purpose is to help me craft prompts for ai video generation for wan2.2. The guidelines for prompting Wan2.2 are as follows: Prompt Writing Framework (Wan 2.2 Edition)

    Much like Wan2.1, you want to target prompts of 80-120 words. Under-specify and the MoE fills in its own "cinematic" defaults – sometimes great, often random.

    1) Shot Order

    Lead with what the camera sees first, then describe the subsequent moves:

    Opening shot -> Camera motion -> Reveal / pay-off

    2) Camera Language

    When we tested Wan2.1, we found that it was not so reliable at following every camera movement we specified. Wan2.2 has improved considerably in this area.

    pan left/right

    tilt up/down

    dolly in/out

    orbital arc

    crane up

    3) Motion modifiers

    speed adjectives: slow-motion, rapid whip-pan, time-lapse

    parallax cues: "foreground reeds sway, background mountains fixed"

    4) Aesthetic tags

    lighting: volumetric dusk, harsh noon sun, neon rim light, etc.

    colour-grade: "teal-and-orange", "bleach-bypass", "kodak portra"

    lens/style: anamorphic bokeh, 16mm grain, CGI stylized

    5) Temporal & spatial params

    Wan2.2 works best with clips that are no longer than 5 seconds long. You control the length via a combination of frame count and frames per second.

    frame count: <= 120 works well.

    resolution (960x540 for quick tests; 1280x720 for publication)

    frames/second: the default is 24; for quick tests, we often use 16

    6) Negative Prompt

    The negative prompt is now more consistently respected.

    We've generally left the default in:

    "bright colors, overexposed, static, blurred details, subtitles, style, artwork, painting, picture, still, overall gray, worst quality, low quality, JPEG compression residue, ugly, incomplete, extra fingers, poorly drawn hands, poorly drawn faces, deformed, disfigured, malformed limbs, fused fingers, still picture, cluttered background, three legs, many people in the background, walking backwards"

    Sample Results

    We ran a few experiments on prompt adherence with camera motions. These are some of our earliest experiments with Wan2.2. We will soon publish a more detailed prompt guide after more thorough experimentation.

    Neon Drift (cyberpunk tracking shot)

    Prompt: "A rainy night in a dense cyberpunk market, neon kanji signs flicker overhead. The camera starts shoulder-height behind a hooded courier, steadily tracking forward as he weaves through crowds of holographic umbrellas. Volumetric pink-blue backlight cuts through steam vents, puddles mirror the glow. Lens flare, shallow depth of field. Moody, Blade-Runner vibe."

    A rainy night in a dense cyberpunk market, neon kanji signs flicker overhead. The camera starts shoulder-height behind a hooded courier, steadily tracking forward as he weaves through crowds of holographic umbrellas.     Alpine Reveal (pull back)

    Prompt: "Extreme close-up of a mountaineer’s ice axe biting into frozen rock. Camera dollies back and tilts up simultaneously, revealing the climber and a vast sunrise-lit alpine ridge behind him. Crisp morning air, golden rim-light, subtle lens flare."

    The initial result here seems to have ignored the desired camera movement completely.

    Aquatic Ballet (slow motion orbit)

    Prompt: "An orca breaches in crystal-clear Arctic waters. Slow 360° orbital shot around the soaring whale as droplets hang suspended. Soft polar sunset lights the scene in pastel pinks and blues; cinemagraphic HDR."

    Here, we were generating the default 5-second video, and it seems to have been a bit long for the prompt. The slow motion element of the prompt seems to have been respected but the camera orbital was completely ignored.

    Camera Movement Comparison with Wan2.1

    In a previous post, we tried a number of prompts to get precise control over camera movements with Wan2.1. When we were running those experiments, we had to repeatedly and carefully tweak the prompt to get the effect we wanted. And in the end, some camera movements were very difficult to achieve. With Wan2.2, we went back to the same prompts and tried to see how much had improved.

    Pan Left/Right

    In our original prompt to achieve panning motion, we found that getting the right direction was extremely difficult (it was basically up to random chance), and Wan2.1 produced discontinuities in camera movement:

    With Wan2.2, we could successfully control pan direction on the first try:

    Same prompt as above.

    We changed the pan direction in the prompt to "right".

    With Wan2.1, we could not achieve a fast whip pan effect. And the same remains true with 2.2 – although the output from 2.2 is far superior to anything we achieved with 2.1:

    Pull back

    With Wan2.1, camera pull back worked quite well, and of course, it also does so with 2.2:

    Dolly in/out

    With Wan2.1, we could successfully and reliably achieve a dolly-in effect, but dolly-out would reliably fail.

    This was our best result attempting dolly-out with Wan2.1:

    With Wan2.2, we used the same prompt, changing only the camera effect and we got the following results on the first attempt for dolly-in and dolly-out:

    Not only does Wan2.2 respect these camera movements, it creates far smoother motions as well.

    Tilt

    Similar to dolly-out, we had a hard time achieving a tilt effect with Wan2.1:

    Wan2.2 once again performs incredibly well.

    Tracking Shot

    Similar to Wan2.1, 2.2 also excels at tracking shots:

The scene is dark and mysterious, with blue and purple lighting creating a high-tech, dystopian feel.

    Crash Zoom

    Crash zooms are very handy for a comedic effect. But with Wan 2.1, they were nearly impossible:

    Wan2.2 excels where its predecessor failed:

    In a large dimly lit midcentury modern room, a man sits with an authoritative and pensive pose on a leather chair. He is wearing a dark suit jacket and grey trousers. He has silver hair. The chair is in the center of the screen. Behind the chair, there is an oak console with a lamp. The wall is made of oak panels. The man looks directly at the camera. Camera rapidly zooms in on the man's face. Then he lets out a slight smirk.

    Camera Roll

    Camera rolls are used in videography to give a sense of unease, confusion, disorientation or instability.

    Wan2.1 made it very difficult to achieve this effect. This was the best we could do after many attempts:

    Wan2.2 produced incredible results with the first attempt:

    Overhead shot of a man fallen asleep on his desk in front of his computer. The room is dark except for the light from the monitor. The man's head is on his arms by the keyboard. Around the desk, there is a mess of papers and floppy disks. The camera rolls in full 360 motion.

    Always give me the prompts in paragraph form with natural language. Always describe the characters actions and always add a camera movement. Do you understand? Show me you under stand by giving me 5 prompts of a beautiful young woman. vary the setting. she peels off her panties, shorts, jeans, leggings or booty shorts. viewed from behind. vary her physical appearance and ethnicity. vary the setting and background."

    UniPC | sgm_uniform seems to work with strength 1 on both H/L samples at 5 | No flaccid though, so no transition either ;) Ahh mostly get upside down :( Or ball sacks look like chicken crests.

    switched to your lightling, scheduler and sampler even with high samples (10-10) I'm unable to get something that doesnt look like a meat cone.

    i2v or t2v I would use my Flux2 Klein or Z Image Base LoRA to create still images then animate them with WAN 2.2 and my lora so it doesn't disintegrate the dick into nothingness. Klein is nice because you can past the output as your new input and make text based edits to parts you don't like

    They have, they are basically the same workflow that I'm using since its derived from the wan template. You use the lora loading and the context windows and the video smoothing and there are traces that suggest you use first frame last frame in other workflows.

    I've accomplished to get some erect penis, but none flaccid. I'll correct my comment TYVM for the feedback.

    @kcouuock I don't have many flaccid training images by comparison to hard in my dataset, but seems different levels of learning between the various models when it comes to penises anyway. my goal is to have it know the right side up regardless of angle, uncut or cut, soft or hard, and those are still proving difficult to get right consistently, which is why i2v is good. For longer videos like my 2.5-minute bukake trackmeat one, i created a keyframe image and use FLF for the entire thing. When I didn't have a final frame, i had it do i2v and then i captured an end frame I liked, latent upscaled it and edited it and put it in my queue. I have a looping travel prompt workflow that will load lora dynamically for each chunk just off the <lora: > old school tag . Without the keyframes those deteriorate into monsters in 25 seconds.

    @kcouuock the wan 2.1 flaccid epoch lora is good along with a flaccid one that is for realistic physics bouncing and swinging and both run on wan 2.2 fine. i usually do 1.5 low and 3 high for the 2.1 lora strength on wan 2.2

    i found I kept going back to euler/simple after trying all sorts of other combinations. DPM++ SDE/beta and DDIM/beta were good, even LCM/simple or beta. Also check out 'penis arousal' and 'penis reveal' LoRas, one of them is on civarchive.com

    Your work is amazing I gotta say. I'm new to all of this and been trying to use the WAN2.2 14B T2V workflow in ComfyUI and trying to understand how to use your LoRA to replicate one of the video clips you posted with the exact prompt. I'm unsure if I should be using both high and low noise versions of the LoRA? Would it be possible to share your ComfyUI workflow? The video clips I manage to generate never seem to show a penis at all :(

    All of my mp4 files should have the workflow embedded in them so you just drag and drop them on the comfy and you’ll see my workflow the only ones that don’t are the ones I would’ve edited in Premiere, but most of the ones on here are not like that . Make sure you say, my keyword BWC and penis in there too which one are you trying to recreate?

    @abrasivetoast Right click on the video from that link you provided and choose 'Save video as ' and put it on your hard drive. The either drag it to the Comfyui canvas, or do File > Open in comfyui and select that mp4 you just saved. btw, the prompt is there on that web page on the right side bottom

    OH I see, I used a custom node PowerLoraLoader 2 to load the high/low models. you can just use regular load lora node or two power lora loader nodes one for high and one for low. Did you ever figure this out? it 's pretty basic WAN 2.2 thing. Here's that node which I don't use anymore btw https://github.com/siraxe/ComfyUI-SA-Nodes-QQ

    @kcouuock I tried every trick in the book and could not get the head of the penis on the right way when it is pointing up and camera is looking directly at it other than about 2 out of 50 times for text to video. You best bet is to use one of my image loras like for Qwen Image 2512 or for Z Image Base, and then use that as your starting frame in an image to video workflow. You get much control that way.

    @kcouuock Oh, you mean they are always hard or you get monsters instead of flaccid? My dataset trained with very little flaccid penis but the Qwen Image lora does best at that. Do your keyframes there and use with WAN 2.2 or LTX-2.3

    BTW which light loras do you use? I'm unable to make it work with 1030, 1022 or 1217. I only get partial results. works with light WAN2.1 but the others get much better results in motion and SVI (except for camera prompting!).

    @kcouuock 1030 high, 1022 low or I use the NSFW FAST move ones that have them built in to the checkpoint. Those will really do things to other guys that my prompting wouldn't do before. I noticed you had a lot of stuff in your prompt. It's only for 5 seconds so better off with travelling prompt unless you can get the newer SVI workflows to work for you. I didn't notice much change but there have been new workflows since I last checked. I still like the looping workflow where i can dynamically load whatever loras i want for each chunk via a prompt and give it a png file with the end frame for that chunk. that gives best results but time consuming

    see my examples. make sure you have high and low lora model files. You can save my videos as mp4 on here then open them in comfyui. It does help if you generate the penis in an image model where you can get it exactly how you like, e.g. my Flux2. Klein 9B or Z Image Turbo or Qwen Image 2512 or Qwen Image Edit 2511 - I have LoRAs for all of them or use another. My LoRA will then help the dick from falling off or disintegrating, or at least that's the goal.

    yea that i mean, it had can generate a penis where is not. T2V or I2V. i used all the options and same settings of the examples, that means it always need a penis in the image or another lora.
