In case you're wondering what this file is for, it's for the ----> Qwen3-VL Prompt Refiner node. It's not an image model, it's an Image Prompt model capable of describing a LOADED image, thus creating prompts on the fly for your Positive Prompt Text box so you don't have to work so hard prompting.

Grownups who know how to use computer, call this a CLIP model...

I guess this is a Text Encoder (TE), it is maybe needed for the Flux2Klein 9B Model, as it does not work with Qwen_3_4B Text Encoder.

So if you use Flux2Klein and get "Demension" Errors, or Clip Errors, try this Text Encoder here.
