A nice drawing style, with a nice twist with drawing the eyes. Like you might know I really like rough drawn styles and I think this is one of the better ones. Of course as with all the other styles of this kind of you need to use jaggy lines for the best effect with the line drawing.

You can also add flat color. The original style doesn't have smooth color transition and flat color helps with making those transitions harder. Making the drawn effect stronger.
