Gillette Alexander Elvgren (March 15, 1914 – February 29, 1980)[1][2][3] was an American painter of pin-up models, advertising and illustration. Best known for his pin-up paintings for Brown & Bigelow, Elvgren studied at the American Academy of Art. He was strongly influenced by the early "pretty girl" illustrators, such as Charles Dana Gibson, Andrew Loomis, and Howard Chandler Christy. Other influences included the Brandywine School founded by Howard Pyle.[4]

The dataset lacks portrait close-ups (may be too small), Network Rank/Alpha settings are low, and Illustrious SDXL isn't great at realistic textures.Training LoRAs for Illustrious SDXL and for Flux are different. You can't use the same parameters for both.BTW, Honestly, trying to train a pinup style on Illustrious SDXL doesn't work well.
Thanks for the comments. And yes I agree it's not working. I also prefer flux versions of art styles.
The flux v2 works quite well .
If you found any source images larger than 50kb, I'd be extremely surprised. You can't make a working style lora without clear images. The vast majority of G.E's images I've only found as over-compressed jpgs.
@svrth I tweak the images to improve them removing most of the jog artifacts.
