Thanks for creating this workflow. Even though a lot of it was in Chinese, I felt like I could understand it, but I think I'm missing some key bits of understanding.
1. The character in the resulting video looks nothing like what I put in the input image. Looking at the result video I think somehow the first frame or 2 are being skipped? So it doesn't quite know how to make the character?
2. The video is a lot longer than it should be. My assumption is that each prompt is responsible for 5 seconds of the clip. But the clip ended up being 1minute and 15 seconds long. For the first half, the action of the 1st prompt just kept repeating, and for the 2nd half the 2nd prompt action just kept repeating.
i think you should redownload it. I downloaded it, and ran it through chatgpt to translate the chinese parts.
I don't know how to share it here though.
Edit. I changed out the models for the Q8 gguf versions with the corresponding encoder and the reference image adherence is now working.
