To anyone that wants a realistic version, here is how you make this realistic:

All you need to do is generate the image you want in its anime form first, switch to Chillout, inpaint the face to be a real person's face, and then use that image with image to image on a low weight until it looks like a real person. In the negatives, put everything related to anime and cartoon stye, including cel shading. In positives, make sure to put as much about the scene, the character description, and describe it as a photograph, and other such things that would trigger it to look real. Keep it on a somewhat low weight for the denoising strength so that you can get it to keep the pose and general body composition, but start shifting it to looking more and more realistic.

You can do this with anything! You can also turn real into anime with this trick doing it the opposite way, and I totally recommend it because when you start with real proportions, you end up with an anime picture that looks more like it has correct anatomy because when you use real people as subjects, it fixes things very much.
