I have made a naughty (but fun) lora for a yummy panty wedgie. Pleasure and pain combined. I made it so you can play with your friends, or own your own :)
It's a little tricky (due to the nature of the concept) but I managed to get some adorable results with not too much effort. I would suggest CFG is 3.5 - 6 for best results in my experience.

I use Perfectdeliberate_v40 checkpoint with my Adorable faces lora for my gallery images.
