This Pony and Illustrious LoRA can be used to InPaint and generate. It will respond very well to triggers as well as simple language prompts. It was designed to create ultra realistic shots of extra large ladies, and as such works particularly well with "veiny breasts" and "sagging breasts". You can see the full prompt used to generate these previews in the .png metadata.

The first two images doesn't contain any prompt meta data, because they're designed to show what the model is best at doing - InPainting realistic plus sized breasts, on existing images, while working with other proven InPainting techniques. The rest of the image examples shown here are as-is, first roll - also showing that the LoRA can be used to generate strong and usable first draft images. The checkpoint used in some of the generations is one I posted on here a while ago called Real Wives, but it will of course work with other Pony and Illustrious checkpoints as well.
